They allow for easy transfer of items from one person to another without the need for direct contact between them. Depending on the transactional method needed, Transaction Windows can be installed in interior walls to accommodate employees, or exterior walls for public access.
Transaction Windows manufactured by Terra Universal are made of tempered, ½-inch-thick glass mounted in a stainless steel frame, which provides an excellent balance of both visibility and protection. Transaction Windows are used in several industries such as banks, gas stations, ticket venues, or any business that requires the indirect transfer of materials.

Each door will only open when the other door is sealed, ensuring that there is never a direct connection between the clean and dirty sides.

Pass-Through Convenience Windows and Doors act as transfer and transaction portals, allowing users to exchange materials or documents easily through a swing or sliding door.
Doors are made of transparent ½”-thick tempered glass or white polypropylene to allow visibility or privacy between rooms, and open from either room side. A stainless-steel fire-rated door is also available. Models are available with a shelf that serves as a resting spot for materials or documents. A flexible mounting system accommodates wall thicknesses from 3.5 – 4.5” thick; custom configurations are also available. Select among five sizes, ranging from 12”H x 12”W to 36”W x 48”H and come in wall- and floor-mount configurations.
