What's the menu at the top of the quote?

Look for the convenient menu at the top of your quote or order PDF. This gives you one-click access to key actions like placing orders, printing specifications, contacting sales, and more. Each option is tailored to help you move faster through your purchasing process.


Place Order

How do I place an order from my quote?

Click "Place Order" in the menu to securely convert your quote into an order. You'll be directed to our client portal where you can complete your purchase. For existing orders, this button changes to "Track Order" so you can monitor your order status in real-time through our OnTrak system. Please note this option is only available after your quote has been issued, usually within 24 hours of requesting a quote.


Track Order

How do I track my order?

Click "Track Order" in the menu to access our OnTrak system and view real-time updates on your order's production and shipping status. You'll see detailed information about manufacturing progress, estimated ship dates, and tracking numbers once your order ships.


QR Code for Mobile Access

What is the QR code for?

Scan the QR code in the top right corner with your mobile device to instantly access your quote's interactive menu on the go. This is especially handy when you're reviewing a printed copy and want quick access to web features without typing in a URL. All the same menu options are available after scanning.


Print Specifications (Hide Pricing)

Can I view a version of my quote without pricing or promotions?

Absolutely. Click "Print Specs" in the menu to download a clean version of your quote with all pricing and advertisements removed. This is perfect for reviewing or sharing technical details with your team.


Request Changes

How do I modify my quote?

Click "Request Changes" to access our quote modification tool. You can request to add or remove items, and your changes will be sent to your sales representative for approval. This streamlines the back-and-forth and keeps everything documented in one place.


Contact Sales

How do I reach my sales rep?

Click "Contact Sales" in the menu, a direct phone link to your assigned order manager. Your device will automatically prompt you to call the number shown on your quote. 


ISO Certification

Where can I find ISO certification information?

If your order includes ISO-rated products, click "ISO" in the menu to view relevant ISO certification documentation. This link appears dynamically based on your specific order contents, so you only see it when applicable.

Warranty Information

How do I access warranty details?

Click "Warranty" in the menu to view our warranty terms and file claims if needed. This takes you directly to our warranty portal where you can review coverage details and submit any necessary claims for your Terra Universal products.
