Summary

  • Open-platform design accommodates large vessels and allows for use in controlled environments
  • Three platform sizes available: 13" x 11", 18" x 18" and 24" x 18"
  • Shaking speeds from 15 – 500 rpm
  • Soft-start feature slowly ramps up the shaking speed to prevent spillage
  • Load sensor detects unbalanced loads and halts operation, emits an audible alarm
  • Speed sensor shuts off shaking function when actual speed deviates from set-point by greater than ±10%
  • Operating temperature range of 0°C to 40°C
  • Can be used in environmental chambers/incubators/refrigerators (20% - 80% noncondensing RH)
  • Splash-proof, digital controls have separate LED displays for shaking speed and run time
  • Durable, triple eccentric drive capable of handling heavy loads, even for continuous high-speed mixing
  • Timer function can be set to continuous operation or timed (minutes or hours)
  • 19mm (0.75") orbit
  • Load capacity up to 35 lbs. (15.9 kg)
  • Includes RS232 port for monitoring operation through a PC
  • Applications: cell culturing, bacterial suspensions, general mixing
  • Requires a dedicated platform (with preinstalled clamps) or universal platform (individual clamps sold separately) for operation
